The showcase capped our ten-week run in Cohort 3 of the Paratus Digital Health Accelerator (https://matter.health/posts/thirteen-startups-selected-to-join-third-cohort-of-the-paratus-digital-health-accelerator-part-of-barda-accelerator-network/), a joint initiative between MATTER and BARDA supporting digital health solutions that strengthen public health preparedness and response.

Crandall, PhD, pitched seqSight to the room, and Founder and Chief Scientific and Technology Officer Ali Rahnavard, PhD, walked attendees through our company vision, current products, and advancements at our poster, highlighting how our genomic language models and microCafe.ai platform detect novel, engineered, and drug-resistant pathogens for public health and biodefense applications.
