Randy E. David, PhD, advises seqSight on evidence generation, commercialization, and health security. He is president of Charrette Advisory and a mentor in MATTER’s Paratus Digital Health Accelerator, part of the BARDA Accelerator Network. During the COVID-19 response he led a 135-person population health directorate across the City of Detroit and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and served as CDC site lead for southeast Michigan. He holds adjunct faculty appointments at the Center for Emerging and Infectious Diseases at Wayne State University School of Medicine and in Global Health at Binghamton University, and has advised the WHO and numerous international ministries and governments on public health preparedness. His background spans genomics, infectious disease epidemiology, precision medicine, and digital health. At seqSight he helps define the evidence package, target user workflow, health security positioning, and regulatory and market access sequence.
